Pitho Crabs are a small addition to the cleaning crew and vary in size and claw size depeding on the gender. The will co-exist easily with the other tank cleaners and fish.

The Pitho Crab will consume a great deal of hair algae in your aquarium, they also eat complex macroalgae species like Caulerpa, Dictyota, and many turf algae species. The. males have small claws, while the females have claws that double her body size. Pitho Crabs are not aggressive. They are in the same family as decorator crabs.
