After signing for your package at the first delivery attempt and completing the acclimation process, if you experience a loss within the guarantee timeframe of your purchase, please follow the steps outlined below to receive a store credit for the purchase price of the reported loss.
To expedite the issuing of store credit for your reported losses, please complete all of the required fields within the form. A digital photo of the deceased specimen must be attached to qualify for our guarantee(s). Please photograph the specimen on a white background, under adequate lighting, and outside of the aquarium or shipping bag.
Please Note: When submitting a claim form to report loss from a Pack, please submit a separate claim form for each unique loss within the Pack.
Please do not return any deceased product.
Once we receive your picture, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will put credit for the product into your account that can be used toward any additional purchases at Tropical Fish Plus within 1 year.
